Every soul’s life plan is subject to interference. This absence of freedom to fulfill that plan is related to karma. If you prevented someone from living their life plan in a previous lifetime, you will have incurred karma.
If you’ve been prevented from living out a life plan, karmically you will have an extra strong need to express freedom in another life.

Karma is never about punishment. From a spiritual perspective, karma is all about balance. If you’ve been coerced or persecuted in a past life, there will be some karmic consequences, such as the need to stand up for yourself or others in the face of persecution.
If you were the persecutor, you’ll seek the other side of the coin, to balance the experience.
