Why It’s Sometimes Difficult to Speak Your Soul’s Truth
Common signs of a past-life fear of Self-Expression include a fear of speaking up, or even something as simple as sending an email. In this week’s broadcast, Ainslie explains why it can be difficult to speak your soul’s truth. He also explores the healing power of...
THE BELIEF THAT LIFE ISN’T FAIR IS BOTH LIMITING AND EMPOWERING
You are not a victim. There’s always something you can do to shift from a place of victimization or helplessness into one of strength. For example, you might say, “How my parents treated me wasn’t fair.” But you have the power to choose to get therapy, confront them about it, or sever the relationship entirely.
The same goes for friends who talk behind your back, a noisy neighbor, or even a partner who yells at you. You can find new friends, tell your neighbors how you feel, or get couples therapy. In the end, it’s your choice how to counteract unfairness.
YOUR SOUL EXPECTS TO BE SUPPORTED IN ACHIEVING ITS LIFE PLAN
The spirit guides feel strongly that it’s important for you to have expectations. Because without them, your soul would lack ambition or drive.
Parents are the first people you encounter when your soul comes into this world. The expectation is one of love, compassion, and support in achieving your life plan.
When a parent or caregiver breaks their soul-level agreement to support you, they hurt you the deepest because your soul’s expectation is so strong. Most people deal with parental disappointment by sweeping emotions under rug.
THE SPIRIT GUIDES REMIND US TO ACKNOWLEDGE OTHERS
An adult will tell a child that they must deal with disappointment. But they rarely, or sometimes never, tell that child how. It’s key for a parent to say, “Life’s not fair. But here’s what we can do.” And this principle applies to everyone.
You can help someone become more empowered by acknowledging their disappointment. That’s why the phrase “I hear you” is so important.
